Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations may incur an additional service fee to rebook or result in the scheduled appointment being forfeited. Please note: "Ask Me Anything" sessions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, as they involve a personalised, pre-recorded video response. Your video will be created and sent once payment is received and your questions have been submitted.
