Knowledge becomes wisdom when we embody it in our daily lives. Embodiment comes through practice, dedication and commitment to ourselves.
I love exploring and experimenting with different approaches and holding the space for you to make mistakes and learn from them.

Truly understanding the messages of our body, feeling into our emotions and allowing ourselves to explore them and release them, practicing to listen to our intuition and act on it is something that can be learned but mostly it needs to be experienced through our bodies. True Expansion comes from exploration, contemplation and action.
In one on one private sessions or in my privet or group programs, we will explore things together. I will share my knowledge and provide exercises for you to work with but you will have to do the work yourself as well. There is no transformation without personal responsibility and there can be no joy without letting go of "negative" emotions.

The best thing about practicing through the programs is that you will experience different things that you can dive even deeper with and deepen the knowledge and turn it into wisdom. You will be held every step of the way and I will hold a safe space for you to open up, be vulnerable and raw, to be accepted for who you truly are. There are no labels in my safe space and all emotions are allowed. I approach every session with unconditional love and clear boundaries so we can deepen the trust in our relationship and for you to allow yourself to dive deeper into yourself.
